Action Alert’s Maximum Protection Review

For those of you that have been looking for internet monitoring software and/or a way to block your kids internet access, Action Alert might be perfect for you.  I do an indepth look at the Maximum Protection Version so you can see it before you decide.

Overall: a fantastic piece of software. Maximum Protection covers all the gaps that the Free Protection just cannot fill. The Viewer option is worth it’s weight in gold, especially for the difficult grey-zones in social media (e.g. Facebook). The fact that you can adjust for each user (or kiddo) with different settings is fantastic and great for that computer that you share with multiple kiddos.

Action Alert Free Protection Software Review

For those of you that have been looking for a way to monitor and/or block your kids internet access, Action Alert might be perfect for you.  I do an indepth look at the Free Version so you can see it before you decide.

Overall: I would say get it.  It’s a solid program, clean easy interface, with some cool features for free.  On the other hand, I think that this will only be effective for computers where a single kid is on the computer.  Multiple users would still have the same monitoring and blocking.
