Praise is in short supply these days.  People seem to be getting further and further away from the complimentary notice of someone when they are doing things right.  And yet, in parenting, there are fewer things that are more vital than praise.

Praise is the fuel that makes things go in our relationships with our kids and yet so few of us know much about it.  Maybe we can give a conjured up definition to the best of our abilities, but few of us know that there are more than one types and that they carry different levels of power to them.
