Anna’s New Brother Drawn on Our Chalkboard

We received a phone call from our foster agency saying they had the second kiddo we’ve been talking about in the previous shows.

We are acclimating to new baby (we’re going to call him Dude for now) tonight so I asked Jeff if we could forgo the show tonight.  Jeff graciously agreed.  

Baby slept through the night last night and is a cute little kiddo.  Our hope is to foster to adopt this little biscuit too, but we will see.  His likelihood of adoption isn’t quite as guaranteed as Sweet Tea’s has been.  

Anna (8 y/o) saw him and teared up.  She drew this, whilst we were not looking, on our school room chalkboard.  The drawing on the left is Dude, and on the right is Anna.  Anna thinks he’s big…and she’s not wrong.
