For those of you that have been looking for a way to monitor and/or block your kids internet access, Action Alert might be perfect for you.  I do an indepth look at the Free Version so you can see it before you decide.

Overall: I would say get it.  It’s a solid program, clean easy interface, with some cool features for free.  On the other hand, I think that this will only be effective for computers where a single kid is on the computer.  Multiple users would still have the same monitoring and blocking.
